Troubleshooting

What if I don't have any effect after installation?

A.First, determine the mobile phone signal at the outdoor antenna and reach (-50dbm) or more.

B. Then determine the amplifier, antenna and other related accessories selected correctly.

C. Make sure all lines, distributors, antennas, amplifiers are connected correctly.

What can I do if a signal fails to make a call after installation?

A.Make sure that the outdoor antenna is aligned with the base station.

B.Make sure that the communication distance between the outdoor antenna and the base station is within 5 kilometers.

C.Make sure that the cable between the outdoor antenna and the amplifier does not exceed 40 meters and is not less than 10 meters. Confirm the cable meets the standard.

D.If it hasn't been resolved yet, replace with the high-power amplifier or ask a professional engineer to check it.

What to do if the call quality is not good?

A.Change the installation position and direction of the outdoor antenna.

B.Change the direction of the outdoor antenna to the amplifier signal transmission line (choose the straightest and nearest route, do not turn too much).

C.Make sure that the distance between the outdoor antenna and the indoor antenna is too close (too close to form a self-excitation), and that if the distance is more than 20 meters, it must be separated by walls and concrete floors to prevent the signal emitted by the indoor amplifier from being received by the outdoor antenna causing self-excitation.

What if coverage area is small.

A.Determine the signal strength of the outdoor antenna (usually not less than -50DBM), check whether the display shows full grid, the stronger the signal input, the stronger the amplifier input, no signal input amplifier, or the input signal is weak, the amplifier input signal is also weak, Or no output.

B.Make sure that the length of the outdoor antenna to the amplifier circuit does not exceed 50 meters, the line connector is properly intact, the circuit material meets the standard, and the distributors connected not too many.

C.Make sure that the length of the indoor antenna to the amplifier circuit does not exceed 30 meters. The line connectors connected well and the circuit material meets to the standard.

D.Replace with more powerful cell phone signal amplifiers.

What if the phone shows a full signal but cannot make a call?

A.Check if the upstream power of the amplifier is normal, or the signal of the outdoor antenna is too weak.

B.First determine the mobile phone signal at the outdoor antenna and reach (-50DBM) full grid.

C.Make sure that the distance between the indoor antenna and the outdoor antenna is more than 10 meters. It is best to isolate the indoor and outdoor antennas from the wall. If not, please change the position of the outdoor antenna so that it is kept at a distance of more than 20 meters from the indoor antenna. The best solution is to use floor isolation. For example the indoor antenna and amplifier installed on the first floor, then the outdoor antenna must be installed on the other floor, preferably across two floors, mounted on the second floor, third floor or above.
